【摘要】：目的:研究胃癌患者外周血T淋巴細胞亞群變化的臨床意義。方法:選取2015年10月至2016年5月北京世紀壇醫(yī)院腫瘤內科收治的67例胃癌患者,抽取外周血,采用流式細胞術檢測T細胞及其亞群,同時抽取外周血檢測腫瘤標記物CEA、CA199,對結果進行分析比較,并對患者進行隨訪。結果:67例胃癌患者中,Ⅲ期患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為12.3±5.1,Ⅳ期患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為9.9±4.6,兩者比較差異具有統計學意義(P=0.043);CEA升高的患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為9.3±3.6,而CA199未升高的患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為12.1±5.6(P=0.025)。CA199升高的患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為9.3±4.2,而CEA未升高的患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)均值為12.1±5.3(P=0.029),Tc(CD8+CD28+)下降的患者較未下降的患者的總生存時間(overall survival,OS)降低(8.1個月vs.15.1個月,P=0.008)。結論:胃癌患者隨著TNM分期的提高,其機體的細胞免疫功能呈現逐漸下降的趨勢;CEA、CA199升高的患者Tc(CD8+CD28+)降低,二者呈負相關;Tc(CD8+CD28+)降低,患者的OS縮短。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer. Methods: from October 2015 to May 2016, 67 patients with gastric cancer were selected from Department of Oncology, Beijing Shijitan Hospital. Peripheral blood was extracted, T cells and their subsets were detected by flow cytometry, and tumor marker CEA,CA199, was detected by peripheral blood.
