【摘要】：目的探討室管膜瘤的臨床病理特點(diǎn)和預(yù)后。方法分析42例成人室管膜瘤的臨床病理特點(diǎn),對(duì)獲得隨訪(fǎng)的25例患者進(jìn)行預(yù)后分析。結(jié)果男性13例,女性29例,平均年齡42歲(18~77歲),發(fā)生于幕上4例,幕下17例,脊髓21例。黏液乳頭型室管膜瘤(WHOⅠ級(jí))3例,室管膜瘤(WHOⅡ級(jí))27例,間變型室管膜瘤(WHOⅢ級(jí))12例,除2例術(shù)后因并發(fā)癥死亡外,低級(jí)別室管膜瘤(WHOⅠ+Ⅱ級(jí))復(fù)發(fā)率為11.8%(2/17)、病死率為5.9%(1/17);高級(jí)別室管膜瘤(WHOⅢ級(jí))復(fù)發(fā)率為50%(4/8)、病死率為37.5%(3/8)。腫瘤位于幕上的復(fù)發(fā)率為100%(4/4)、病死率為75%(3/4);腫瘤位于幕下的復(fù)發(fā)率為16.7%(2/12)、病死率為8.3%(1/12);腫瘤位于脊髓的復(fù)發(fā)率、病死率均為0。結(jié)論室管膜瘤的預(yù)后與其病理分級(jí)及部位密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of ependymoma. Methods the clinicopathological features of 42 adult ependymomas were analyzed and the prognosis of 25 cases were analyzed.
