JAK2-STAT3信號通路在肝細胞癌中的研究進展

【摘要】:近年來發(fā)現(xiàn),JAK2-STAT3信號通路參與腫瘤細胞的生長、增殖、分化、轉(zhuǎn)移、凋亡。在肝細胞癌(HCC)細胞中的JAK蛋白和STAT蛋白過表達,JAK2-STAT3信號通路與HCC發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關。筆者就JAK2-STAT3信號通路在HCC的研究進展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway has been found to be involved in the growth, proliferation, differentiation, metastasis and apoptosis of tumor cells. Overexpression of JAK protein and STAT protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC. This paper reviews the research progress of JAK2-STAT3 signaling pathway in HCC.
