【摘要】：無(wú)論是在全球還是我國(guó),肺癌都是嚴(yán)重危害人類健康的惡性腫瘤。研究表明肺癌與環(huán)境因素以及生活方式密切相關(guān),流行病學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)多吃蔬菜水果可以預(yù)防肺癌。蔬菜水果中含有豐富的植物化學(xué)物質(zhì),如異硫氰酸酯類、吲哚類、黃酮類等。這些植物化學(xué)物質(zhì)通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)與抗腫瘤相關(guān)的通路從而抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞增殖、誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細(xì)胞凋亡,降低肺癌發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)性。本文旨在對(duì)蔬菜水果中的植物化學(xué)物質(zhì)在肺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述,為更好地預(yù)防和治療肺癌提供理論依據(jù)與方向。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously endangers human health both in the world and in China. Studies have shown that lung cancer is closely related to environmental factors and lifestyle, epidemiology found that eating more vegetables and fruits can prevent lung cancer. Vegetables and fruits are rich in phytochemicals, such as isothiocyanates, indole, flavonoids and so on. These plant chemicals inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce tumor cell apoptosis and reduce the risk of lung cancer by regulating anti-tumor pathways. The purpose of this paper is to review the mechanism of phytochemicals in vegetables and fruits in the development of lung cancer, and to provide theoretical basis and direction for better prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
