TRAP1在食管癌中的表達(dá)及對(duì)預(yù)后的影響

【摘要】：目的探討TRAP1表達(dá)與食管癌臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)TRAP1在60例食管癌組織及對(duì)應(yīng)癌旁組織中的表達(dá),并分析其表達(dá)水平與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系,用Kaplan-Meier和Cox回歸對(duì)食管癌患者進(jìn)行生存分析。結(jié)果 TRAP1在食管癌組織中的陽(yáng)性率為55.0%,蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量為2.7±1.1;癌旁組織中的陽(yáng)性率為11.7%,蛋白相對(duì)表達(dá)量為0.5±0.4,TRAP1在食管癌組織中的表達(dá)顯著高于癌旁組織(P0.05)。TRAP1表達(dá)與患者性別、年齡、發(fā)病部位、分化程度、病理類(lèi)型無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05),與復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移及TNM分期相關(guān)(P0.05)。TRAP1陰性患者的平均生存時(shí)間為69.0個(gè)月(95%CI:60.2~77.9),TRAP1陽(yáng)性患者的平均生存時(shí)間為34.2個(gè)月(95%CI:24.4~44.1),TRAP1高表達(dá)與食管癌術(shù)后生存期短相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 TRAP1在食管癌組織中過(guò)表達(dá)且與食管癌的進(jìn)展及預(yù)后相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between TRAP1 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TRAP1 in 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between the expression level and clinicopathological features was analyzed. The survival of esophageal cancer patients was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression. Results the positive rate of TRAP1 in esophageal carcinoma was 55.0, the relative expression of protein was 2.7 鹵1.1, the positive rate of TRAP1 in adjacent tissues was 11.7and the relative expression of protein was 0.5 鹵0.4. The expression of TRAP1 was significantly higher than that of paracancerous tissues (P0.05). The location of the disease, the degree of differentiation, The mean survival time of TRAP1 negative patients was 69.0 months (95%CI:60.2~77.9), the average survival time of TRAP1 positive patients was 34.2 months (95%CI:24.4~44.1), and the high expression of TRAP1 was correlated with the short survival time of esophageal carcinoma (P0.05). Conclusion the overexpression of TRAP1 in esophageal carcinoma is related to the progression and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
