【摘要】：正患者男,81歲,發(fā)現(xiàn)右側頸部腫物1周于2014年5月就診于廣州醫(yī)科大學附屬第三醫(yī)院�；颊�1周前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)右側頸部腫物,頸部活動及吞咽時有痛感,為鈍痛。查體右側頸部局部皮膚稍凸起,可觸及一大小約4.0 cm×3.0 cm的皮下腫物,質韌,邊界清,活動尚可,有輕壓痛,雙側頸部未觸及腫大淋巴結。AKP:63.9 U/L,CEA:3.5 ng/m L。查CT示:右頸部胸鎖乳突肌內(nèi)后方見一腫塊影,大小約1.7 cm×1.7 cm×2.5 cm,邊界尚清,密度不均
[Abstract]:A 81-year-old man with a right cervical mass was admitted to the third affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University in May 2014. A week ago, the patient unintentionally found a right neck mass, pain during neck movement and swallowing, and blunt pain. The skin of the right neck was slightly protruded, and it could reach a subcutaneous mass of about 4.0 cm 脳 3. 0 cm in size. It was tough in quality, clear in boundary, fair in movement, mild tenderness, and the enlarged lymph nodes. AKP: 63.9%. CEA: 3. 5 ng/m. CT showed that a mass was seen in the posterior of the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the right neck. The size of the mass was about 1.7 cm 脳 1.7 cm 脳 2.5 cm, and the density was uneven.
