【摘要】：肺癌是常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤,其中非小細(xì)胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)占80%~85%,早中期患者首選治療為手術(shù),術(shù)后接受輔助化療已成為共識(shí)。然而,手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷和化療副反應(yīng)可能導(dǎo)致患者不能完成化療療程,在輔助化療階段結(jié)合中醫(yī)藥治療可彌補(bǔ)既往治療不足,現(xiàn)就近年中醫(yī)藥對(duì)肺癌術(shù)后化療期間預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫力、緩解化療毒副反應(yīng)、改善生活質(zhì)量等方面的研究進(jìn)展作一概述。
[Abstract]:Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor, in which non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC) accounts for 80%. The first choice of treatment for early and middle stage patients is surgery, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy has become a consensus. However, surgical trauma and side effects of chemotherapy may result in patients unable to complete the course of chemotherapy. The combination of Chinese medicine and adjuvant chemotherapy can make up for the lack of previous treatment. In recent years, Chinese medicine has prevented recurrence and metastasis during postoperative chemotherapy of lung cancer. The research progress in regulating immunity, alleviating side effects of chemotherapy and improving quality of life are summarized.
