【摘要】：目的通過分析食管癌患者放療期間營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況,篩選營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良的早期預(yù)測(cè)因子。方法采集120名初診的食管癌患者放療前后的體質(zhì)量及就診時(shí)的基本資料,分析影響其營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果就診時(shí)已有18例(15%)患者丟失≥10%的體質(zhì)量,69例(57.5%)患者丟失≥5%的體質(zhì)量;放療期間,共有81.7%(98/120)的患者出現(xiàn)體質(zhì)量減輕,其中體質(zhì)量丟失≥5%的占70.0%(84/120),體質(zhì)量減輕的范圍為0.8~8.7 kg,平均值為5.4 kg。逐步回歸發(fā)現(xiàn),整體健康狀況、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、吞咽困難、疼痛、梗阻、卡氏評(píng)分(KPS)、病程、疲倦與放療期間體質(zhì)量減輕密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論食管癌患者普遍存在營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良。整體健康狀況、BMI、吞咽困難、疼痛、梗阻、病程、KPS及疲倦8個(gè)因素可以預(yù)測(cè)食管癌放療期間營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the early predictors of malnutrition by analyzing the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients during radiotherapy. Methods the body mass of 120 newly diagnosed esophageal cancer patients before and after radiotherapy and the basic data before and after radiotherapy were collected and the related factors affecting their nutritional status were analyzed.
