【摘要】：目的比較腹腔鏡與開腹手術(shù)治療中國老年宮頸癌的療效。方法計算機檢索中國生物醫(yī)學文摘數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM)、萬方全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(wanfangdata)、中國知網(wǎng)全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(CNKI)、維普中文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)和Pub Med,根據(jù)入選標準篩選文獻。從文獻提取數(shù)據(jù),采用Rev Man 5.2.9軟件進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果最終納入符合標準的文獻10篇,均為臨床對照研究(CCT),無隨機對照研究(RCT)。腹腔鏡手術(shù)組與開腹手術(shù)組患者年齡、體重、腫瘤分期等基本特征無明顯差異。與開腹手術(shù)相比,腹腔鏡手術(shù)組手術(shù)時間長(MD=32.60,95%CI:5.65~59.55,P=0.020),術(shù)中失血量少(MD=-94.01,95%CI:-130.65~-57.37,P=0.000),清除淋巴結(jié)數(shù)量少(MD=1.69,95%CI:0.67~2.72,P=0.001),術(shù)后排氣時間早(MD=-17.09,95%CI:-21.19~-12.98,P=0.000),住院時間短(MD=-4.30,95%CI:-5.57~-3.02,P=0.000),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。而術(shù)后留置尿管時間(MD=-0.67,95%CI:-1.92~0.58,P=0.290)、手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(OR^=0.62,95%CI:0.27~1.42,P=0.260),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論腹腔鏡手術(shù)具有創(chuàng)傷小、恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)勢,并不增加手術(shù)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,是治療中國老年宮頸癌的理想術(shù)式。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of elderly cervical cancer in China. Methods the Chinese biomedical abstract database (CBM), Wanfang full-text database (wanfangdata), (CNKI), Weipu Chinese periodical database (VIP) and Pub Medwere searched by computer and the literature was screened according to the selected criteria. The data were extracted from the literature and analyzed statistically by Rev Man 5.2.9 software. Results Ten articles were included in the standard, all of which were clinical controlled study, (CCT), no randomized controlled study, (RCT).
