【摘要】：目的:觀察周方案紫杉醇聯(lián)合復(fù)方苦參注射液同步放化療治療老年局部晚期食管癌的療效。方法:2012年3月—2015年3月間收治的39例局部晚期老年食管癌患者,給予紫杉醇周方案同步放療,同時應(yīng)用復(fù)方苦參注射液直至放療結(jié)束。觀察同步放化療的近期療效及毒副反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果:紫杉醇周方案同步放化療聯(lián)合復(fù)方苦參注射液治療局部晚期老年食管癌,有效率74.4%。3級急性放射性食管炎發(fā)生率10.2%;≤70歲與70歲患者相比不良反應(yīng)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論:紫杉醇周方案聯(lián)合復(fù)方苦參注射液同步放化療治療老年局部晚期食管癌患者,取得了較好的臨床近期療效,耐受性良好。
