【摘要】：正腎細胞癌(以下簡稱腎癌)是泌尿系常見的惡性腫瘤,占成人惡性腫瘤的3%,近年來腎癌發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢,較10年前上升了2%~3%[1]。據(jù)報道,全球每年約有209 000例腎癌新增病例和102 000例死亡病例[2]。腎癌具有較高的惡性傾向,確診時25%~30%的患者已屬晚期,30%~40%無遠處轉移的腎癌患者在接受手術治療后也會發(fā)生遠處轉移。因此,腎癌的診斷和治
[Abstract]:Positive renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignant tumor of urinary system, which accounts for 3% of adult malignant tumor. In recent years, the incidence of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) has been increasing year by year, which is 2% (3%) higher than that of 10 years ago. It is reported that there are about 209,000 new cases of renal cell carcinoma and 102,000 deaths every year in the world. RCC has a high malignant tendency. 25% of RCC patients have advanced stage and 40% of RCC patients without distant metastasis will also have distant metastasis after surgical treatment.
