【摘要】：本文介紹一例87歲男性患者,右腋下腫物4年,通過電子計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(CT)、磁共振成像(MRI)、正電子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層顯像(PET-CT)和腫物穿刺活檢免疫組化確診為副乳腺癌。進(jìn)行腫物手術(shù)切除,術(shù)后內(nèi)分泌輔助治療。男性副乳腺癌的案例少見,只有零星的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道。在1975~2015年中國(guó)醫(yī)院知識(shí)庫(kù)和Pub Med文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)記錄中,本文的患者是年齡最大的男性副乳腺患者。
[Abstract]:A 87-year-old male patient with right axillary neoplasms for 4 years was diagnosed as accessory breast cancer by means of computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission computed tomography (PET-CTT) and biopsy of tumor. The tumor was resected and adjuvant endocrine therapy was performed. Cases of male accessory breast cancer are rare, with only sporadic literature reported. In the Chinese hospital knowledge base and Pub Med literature database from 1975 to 2015, our patient was the oldest male accessory mammary gland patient.
