【摘要】：正乳腺癌并發(fā)第二原發(fā)甲狀腺癌分為同時(shí)性診斷和異時(shí)性診斷,乳腺癌能增加第二原發(fā)甲狀腺癌的發(fā)病率,但發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未闡明,其中激素、激素相關(guān)受體、基因易感性、治療相關(guān)影響研究較多,治療方式仍主要參考各自指南,基于目前乳腺癌并發(fā)第二原發(fā)甲狀腺癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加,須加強(qiáng)乳腺癌病人甲狀腺的隨訪,現(xiàn)結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)將首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)宣武醫(yī)院普外科1例乳腺癌并發(fā)第二原發(fā)甲狀腺癌的診治經(jīng)過報(bào)道如下,希望對(duì)乳腺癌并發(fā)第二原發(fā)甲狀腺癌的診斷與治療
[Abstract]:Positive breast cancer complicated with second primary thyroid carcinoma can be divided into simultaneous diagnosis and heterochronous diagnosis. Breast cancer can increase the incidence of second primary thyroid cancer, but the pathogenesis has not been clarified, among which hormones, hormone related receptors, gene susceptibility. There are more studies on the effects of treatment, and treatment methods still refer to their respective guidelines. Based on the increased risk of breast cancer complicated with second primary thyroid cancer, it is necessary to strengthen the follow-up of thyroid gland in breast cancer patients. The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of breast cancer complicated with second primary thyroid carcinoma in general surgery of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University are reported in this paper. It is hoped that the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer complicated with second primary thyroid carcinoma can be made.
