【摘要】：目的:探究芍藥湯加減聯(lián)合XELOX方案治療濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)后的臨床療效。方法:納入濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)后患者80例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分成治療組40例、對(duì)照組40例,對(duì)照組予XELOX方案,治療組予XELOX方案聯(lián)合芍藥湯加減,共觀察4周期。運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法評(píng)價(jià)治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分、卡氏評(píng)分、腫瘤標(biāo)志物、化療后毒副反應(yīng)等變化,以及安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:1.在改善中醫(yī)證候積分方面,治療4周期后比較,治療組積分下降程度較對(duì)照組明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.比較兩組單項(xiàng)中醫(yī)證候療效,在腹脹腹痛、便溏不爽、肛門灼熱、里急后重、倦怠乏力、食欲不振、大便下血等,治療組緩解均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.在Karnofsky評(píng)分療效方面,治療4周期后比較,治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4.在降低腫瘤標(biāo)志物CEA、CA199水平方面,治療4周期后,分別對(duì)比兩組CEA、CA199水平降低程度,治療組較對(duì)照組更為明顯,差異有顯著的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。5.在不良反應(yīng)方面,治療組化療不良反應(yīng)如惡心嘔吐、腹瀉、手足綜合征及神經(jīng)毒性的發(fā)生率較對(duì)照組明顯減低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.芍藥湯加減聯(lián)合化療可以降低濕熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)型結(jié)直腸癌術(shù)后患者的中醫(yī)證候積分,減輕其臨床癥狀,提高患者Karnofsky評(píng)分,改善患者生活質(zhì)量。2.芍藥湯加減聯(lián)合化療可以降低腫瘤標(biāo)記物CEA、CA199水平。3.芍藥湯加減可以減輕化療引起的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Peony Decoction plus subtraction combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of damp heat implication colorectal cancer. Methods: 80 patients were included in the treatment group, 40 cases were divided into the treatment group, 40 cases in the control group, the control group were given the XELOX scheme, the treatment group was given the XELOX scheme combined with the peony soup, and 4 cases were treated with the treatment group. Conclusion: 1. the combined chemotherapy of peony decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of the patients with wet heat accumulation of colorectal cancer, reduce its clinical symptoms, improve the patient's Karnofsky score, and improve the quality of life of the patients.2. peony soup combined chemotherapy can be reduced. Low tumor markers CEA, CA199 level.3. and peony decoction can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy.
