【摘要】：長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA在調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、分化及其他生物學(xué)過程中具有重要作用,且與惡性腫瘤等常見疾病密切相關(guān).人類長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼RNA PVT1的編碼基因由于位于染色體8q24這一脆性位點(diǎn)且臨近癌基因MYC而受到廣泛關(guān)注.漿細(xì)胞瘤可變異位基因1(PVT1)在多種腫瘤中高表達(dá),是潛在的癌基因;PVT1也能因染色體斷裂重排而與其他基因形成新的融合基因影響惡性腫瘤的表型;PVT1還可與MYC基因相互作用,通過多種途徑參與惡性腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖、凋亡等調(diào)控.本文對(duì)PVT1在惡性腫瘤發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及其機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述.
[Abstract]:Long chain noncoding RNA plays an important role in regulating cell growth, differentiation and other biological processes, and is closely related to common diseases such as malignant tumors. The encoding genes of human long chain non-coding RNA PVT1 are widely concerned because they are located at the fragile site of chromosome 8q24 and are adjacent to the oncogene MYC. Plasmacytoma variable heterotopic gene 1 (PVT1) is highly expressed in many kinds of tumors, and it is a potential oncogene, PVT1 can also form a new fusion gene with other genes because of chromosome break rearrangement to influence the phenotype of malignant tumor. PVT1 can also interact with MYC gene. It participates in the regulation of proliferation and apoptosis of malignant tumor cells through many ways. This article reviews the role and mechanism of PVT1 in the development of malignant tumors.
