【摘要】：目的:通過研究叉頭框P1(forkhead box P1,FOXP1)及白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)在人結(jié)直腸腺癌組織中的表達(dá)及其與臨床病理學(xué)參數(shù)間的關(guān)系,探討二者在結(jié)直腸腺癌中的作用及二者間的相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組化法檢測120例結(jié)直腸腺癌組織及20例癌旁組織中FOXP1及IL-6的表達(dá),分析各指標(biāo)與結(jié)直腸腺癌臨床病理學(xué)參數(shù)間關(guān)系及FOXP1與IL-6的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)結(jié)直腸腺癌組織中FOXP1及IL-6的陽性表達(dá)率分別為68.3%和75.8%,癌旁組織中FOXP1及IL-6的陽性表達(dá)率分別為35%和20.0%。與癌旁組織相比,FOXP1及IL-6在結(jié)直腸腺癌組織中的表達(dá)明顯增加。(2)FOXP1在高、中、低分化組中的表達(dá)率分別為:36.0%、69.4%、90.9%,隨著分化程度下降,表達(dá)依次增加,χ2=19.881,p0.01;FOXP1在有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組中的表達(dá)率為80.9%,與無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組(30.8%)相比表達(dá)明顯升高,χ2=24.325,p0.01;FOXP1在Ⅰ+Ⅱ期表達(dá)率為51.8%,明顯低于Ⅲ+Ⅳ期表達(dá)率76.6%,χ2=8.059,p=0.007。FOXP1在結(jié)直腸腺癌中的表達(dá)增加與患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。(3)IL-6在高、中、低分化組中的表達(dá)率分別為:64.0%、70.9%、93.9%,隨著分化程度下降,表達(dá)依次增加,χ2=8.614,p=0.013;IL-6在淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組中的表達(dá)率為81.9%,明顯高于無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移組53.8%,χ2=19.875,p0.01;IL-6在Ⅰ+Ⅱ期表達(dá)率為64.3%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期與之相比,表達(dá)率(85.9%)顯著增加,χ2=7.640,p=0.01。IL-6在結(jié)直腸腺癌中的表達(dá)增加與患者年齡、性別、發(fā)生部位無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(p0.05)。(4)FOXP1與IL-6蛋白表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=0.453,p0.01)。結(jié)論:(1)FOXP1及IL-6的高表達(dá)可能是結(jié)直腸腺癌的促進(jìn)因素。(2)FOXP1及IL-6高表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸癌的進(jìn)展、分化程度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān),可能作為結(jié)直腸腺癌的有效預(yù)后標(biāo)記物及臨床治療的靶點。(3)FOXP1與IL-6的表達(dá)呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of P1(forkhead box P1FXP1 and Interleukin-6IL-6 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and to explore their roles in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the correlation between them. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FOXP1 and IL-6 in 120 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and 20 cases of paracancerous tissues. The relationship between each index and clinicopathological parameters of colorectal adenocarcinoma and the correlation between FOXP1 and IL-6 were analyzed. Results the positive expression rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were 68.3% and 75.8%, respectively. The positive rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in adjacent tissues were 35% and 20.0%, respectively. The expression rates of FOXP1 and IL-6 in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues. The expression rates of FOXP1 in high, middle and low differentiation groups were 36.0 and 69.4%, respectively, and decreased with the degree of differentiation. The expression of FOXP1 in the group with lymph node metastasis was 80.9, which was significantly higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis.
