【摘要】：目的分析乳腺癌患者內(nèi)分泌治療的服藥依從性和服藥信念現(xiàn)狀及兩者的相關(guān)性。方法選取沈陽市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院乳腺癌術(shù)后并接受內(nèi)分泌治療第1年的237例患者,通過發(fā)放Morisky服藥依從性問卷和BMQ服藥信念問卷,對(duì)患者服藥依從性與服藥信念的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述性和多元回歸分析。結(jié)果 237例患者的MMAS-8問卷平均(6.39±1.68)分,服藥依從性為65%;BMQ量表平均(-0.02±4.394)分,服藥信念呈中低水平;服藥信念與服藥依從性的影響強(qiáng)度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.457,P0.01)。結(jié)論乳腺癌患者內(nèi)分泌治療第1年服藥依從性不佳,且與服藥信念正相關(guān);乳腺�？谱o(hù)士需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注內(nèi)分泌治療人群的護(hù)理隨訪,以提高患者服藥依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status of drug compliance and belief in endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients and their correlation. Methods A total of 237 patients with breast cancer received endocrine therapy for the first year after operation in Grade 3A Hospital in Shenyang were selected, and Morisky compliance questionnaire and BMQ drug belief questionnaire were issued. Descriptive and multivariate regression analysis was carried out on the status quo of drug compliance and belief. Results the average score of MMAS-8 questionnaire was 6.39 鹵1.68, the average score of drug compliance was -0.02 鹵4.394), the average score of drug belief was middle and low, and the influence of drug belief was positively correlated with the intensity of drug compliance (P 0.01). Conclusion the drug compliance of breast cancer patients in the first year of endocrine therapy is not good, and it is positively related to drug taking belief, and breast nurses need to pay attention to the follow-up of endocrine therapy population in order to improve the patients' compliance.
