【摘要】：代謝異常已成為腫瘤細胞的一項重要特征,谷氨酰胺的異常代謝是其中的一個重要組成部分。谷氨酰胺代謝的限制已被證明可以有效地抑制腫瘤細胞的生長和增殖。谷氨酰胺可以為快速增長的腫瘤細胞提供能量,為細胞內各種生物大分子如氨基酸、蛋白質、脂質和核苷酸等的合成提供原料。多種因子如Myc、p53、大鼠肉瘤基因(rat sarcoma,RAS)、Rho GTP酶和缺氧誘導因子等參與了谷氨酰胺在腫瘤細胞中代謝的調控。針對谷氨酰胺異常代謝為靶點的治療可以成為臨床上腫瘤治療的潛在策略。
[Abstract]:Abnormal metabolism has become an important feature of tumor cells, and the abnormal metabolism of glutamine is an important part of it. The restriction of glutamine metabolism has been shown to effectively inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor cells. Glutamine can provide energy for rapidly growing tumor cells and provide raw materials for the synthesis of various biological macromolecules such as amino acids, proteins, lipids and nucleotides. Many factors, such as Mycfon p53, rat sarcoma gene, Rho GTP enzyme and hypoxia inducible factor, are involved in the regulation of glutamine metabolism in tumor cells. Targeted therapy for abnormal glutamine metabolism may be a potential strategy for clinical tumor therapy.
