【摘要】：針對腫瘤基因數(shù)據(jù)高維、小樣本的特點,引入誤分類代價,基于混沌遺傳算法提出一種代價敏感特征選擇算法。結(jié)合誤分類代價矩陣與分類精度,構(gòu)建基于最近鄰的代價敏感特征選擇適應度函數(shù),在降低特征選擇總成本的同時權(quán)衡代價成本與分類精度,采用混沌遺傳算法提高搜索效率,提升算法性能。將該方法應用于腫瘤基因數(shù)據(jù)進行有效性驗證,實驗結(jié)果表明,該算法降低了特征空間維數(shù),有效提高了腫瘤的分類性能。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of high dimension and small sample of tumor gene data, a cost of misclassification is introduced, and a cost sensitive feature selection algorithm based on chaos genetic algorithm is proposed. Combining the cost matrix of false classification and classification accuracy, the fitness function of cost sensitive feature selection based on nearest neighbor is constructed, which can reduce the total cost of feature selection while balancing the cost cost and classification accuracy. Chaos genetic algorithm is used to improve the search efficiency. Improved algorithm performance. The experimental results show that the algorithm reduces the dimension of feature space and improves the classification performance of tumor effectively.
