【摘要】：目的:1.客觀評(píng)價(jià)2010-2016年中文期刊發(fā)表的腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的報(bào)告質(zhì)量及病理學(xué)特征,分析動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告存在的問(wèn)題,提出解決思路,促進(jìn)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)范報(bào)告;2.針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行有利于科學(xué)研究和臨床指導(dǎo)的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn),為臨床研究提供科學(xué)合理的,可信度高的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)病理評(píng)價(jià)體系的文獻(xiàn)依據(jù)。方法:系統(tǒng)、全面地檢索中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Chinese Biomedicine Literature Database,CBM)、相關(guān)期刊論文(Chinese Journal Full-text Database,CJFD)、中國(guó)科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Chinese Scientific Journal Full-text Database,CSJD)及萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(Wanfang Database),檢索時(shí)限均從2010年1月至2016年12月,篩選、納入關(guān)于腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究文獻(xiàn)。基于ARRIVE指南、預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)資料提取表,對(duì)納入研究的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行資料提取,最后用SPSS軟件對(duì)評(píng)估所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,進(jìn)一步對(duì)納入研究的病理學(xué)檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)做出總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果:最終納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的234篇腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)研究文獻(xiàn)。234篇文獻(xiàn)在背景部分均未對(duì)所用動(dòng)物種類和模型的選擇依據(jù)進(jìn)行詮釋;僅有3篇(1.28%)在動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中提及實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物的待遇,樣本量中沒(méi)有一篇解釋動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)所需樣本量的算法及計(jì)算公式;結(jié)果部分中僅43篇(18.37%)提供了完整的基線數(shù)據(jù),討論部分中只有30篇(12.80%)評(píng)價(jià)了研究的局限性。2010-2016年所納入的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)樣本量普遍較小,腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)建模類型多采用局部骨內(nèi)注射制作骨轉(zhuǎn)移模型方式,絕大多數(shù)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合格的方法造模,檢測(cè)腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的造模成功與否和抗腫瘤藥物療效的方法不太完善。病理學(xué)檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)中少部分對(duì)染色和檢測(cè)手段過(guò)程描述不太清晰,檢測(cè)方法不太全面。結(jié)論:1.中文期刊中腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)未能完整報(bào)告實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的相關(guān)重要信息;2.中文期刊中腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)造模方法規(guī)范,檢測(cè)腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)的造模成功與否和抗腫瘤藥物療效的檢測(cè)方法有待更加完善;3.基于中文期刊中腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)病理評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,為建立科學(xué)合理的病理評(píng)價(jià)體系提供了文獻(xiàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1.Objective to evaluate the quality and pathological characteristics of the animal experimental study of tumor bone metastasis published in Chinese Journal 2010-2016, analyze the problems existing in the animal experimental report, and put forward solutions to promote the standard report of animal experiment.Animal experiments, which are beneficial to scientific research and clinical guidance, are carried out in order to provide scientific, reasonable and reliable literature basis for the pathological evaluation system of animal experiments.Methods: system,Into the research literature on tumor bone metastasis animal experiment.Based on the ARRIVE guide, the extraction table of animal experimental data was designed in advance, and the data of the literature included in the study were extracted. Finally, the data obtained from the evaluation were statistically analyzed by SPSS software.Further, the pathological examination and evaluation included in the study were summarized and analyzed.Results: finally, 234 articles of animal experimental study of tumor bone metastasis were included in the standard. In the background part, none of them explained the selection basis of the animal species and models used.Only three articles 1.28 mentioned the treatment of experimental animals in animal experiments, and none of the samples explained the algorithms and formulas for calculating the amount of samples required for animal experiments; the result was only 43 parts 18.37) providing complete baseline data.In the discussion section, only 30 articles (12.80) evaluated the limitation of the study. The sample size of animal experimental design for 2010-2016 was generally small, and most animal models of tumor bone metastasis were made by local intraosseous injection.Most animal experiments were made by standard and qualified methods, and the methods of detecting the success of animal models of tumor bone metastasis and the efficacy of antitumor drugs were not perfect.In the evaluation of pathological examination, the description of the process of staining and detection is not clear, and the detection method is not very comprehensive.Conclusion 1.Animal experiments of tumor bone metastasis in Chinese journals fail to report relevant important information on experimental studies. 2.The standard of animal model of tumor bone metastasis in Chinese Journal, the method to detect the success of tumor bone metastasis animal experiment and the detection method of anti-tumor drug efficacy need to be improved.Based on the results of experimental pathological evaluation of bone metastases in Chinese journals, a scientific and reasonable pathological evaluation system was established.
