【摘要】：正患者男,37歲。訴2年前體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺左葉腫塊,大小約2cm,3個(gè)月前自覺(jué)腫塊突然增大,細(xì)針穿刺活檢為良性病變。超聲所見(jiàn):甲狀腺左葉可見(jiàn)5.44cm×3.09cm邊界清晰、形態(tài)規(guī)則的低回聲團(tuán),內(nèi)部回聲欠均勻,無(wú)明顯鈣化斑,CDFI:其內(nèi)及周邊可見(jiàn)豐富的血流信號(hào)(圖1~2)。超聲提示:甲狀腺左側(cè)葉實(shí)質(zhì)性腫塊(腺瘤可能),術(shù)后病理結(jié)果:
[Abstract]:The male patient was 37 years old. A physical examination two years ago revealed a thyroid mass of about 2 cm in size. The size of the mass was suddenly enlarged 3 months ago and the fine needle biopsy was a benign lesion. Ultrasound findings showed that 5.44cm 脳 3.09cm had a clear boundary. Irregular hypoechoic mass with uneven internal echo, no obvious calcification plaque CDFI: abundant blood flow signal in and around it (Fig. 1 / 2).
