【摘要】：甲狀腺癌作為內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,近年來發(fā)病率呈逐年增長趨勢。大部分甲狀腺癌缺少典型的惡性表現(xiàn),常于常規(guī)體檢或病灶轉(zhuǎn)移后才發(fā)現(xiàn)甲狀腺癌的存在。隨著分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及對于甲狀腺癌產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展機制的研究,目前發(fā)現(xiàn)多種基因參與了甲狀腺癌的發(fā)生、進展,并影響著甲狀腺癌的預(yù)后。本文就甲狀腺癌的相關(guān)基因研究進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Thyroid carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in the endocrine system. The incidence of thyroid cancer is increasing year by year in recent years. With the development of molecular biology and the study of the mechanism of thyroid carcinogenesis and development, it has been found that many genes are involved in the occurrence and progress of thyroid cancer. This review reviews the research progress of thyroid cancer related genes.
