【摘要】：目的探索跨膜絲氨酸蛋白酶4(TMPRSS 4)在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)情況及與胃癌病理學(xué)特征的關(guān)系,以及明確TMPRSS 4表達(dá)與胃癌臨床預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法使用RTq PCR技術(shù)和免疫組化檢測(cè)TMPRSS 4在115例胃癌組織樣本(胃癌及癌旁組織)中的表達(dá)情況;分析TMPRSS 4表達(dá)水平與胃癌病理學(xué)特征和預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 RT-q PCR結(jié)果提示胃癌組織中的TMPRSS 4 mRNA水平顯著高于其在匹配癌旁組織中的表達(dá)水平,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。免疫組化結(jié)果顯示TMPRSS 4在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)比在良性組織高(56.5%vs 19.5%,P0.001)。TMPRSS 4的過度表達(dá)與胃腫瘤的分化程度、淋巴道轉(zhuǎn)移及TNM分期腫瘤顯著相關(guān)(P0.01)。TMPRSS 4是影響胃癌總體生存率及無(wú)病生存率的獨(dú)立因素。結(jié)論 TMPRSS 4高表達(dá)與胃癌患者相關(guān)臨床病理特征及患者的預(yù)后密切相關(guān),TMPRSS 4有可能作為一個(gè)常規(guī)的胃癌的生物標(biāo)志物,在一定程度上預(yù)測(cè)腫瘤的侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of transmembrane serine protease 4 (TMPRSS4) in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with the pathological features of gastric cancer. Methods RTq PCR technique and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of TMPRSS 4 in gastric cancer tissues (gastric cancer and adjacent tissues). Results the results of RT-q PCR showed that the expression of TMPRSS 4 mRNA in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in matched adjacent tissues. The immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of TMPRSS 4 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in benign tissues, and the overexpression of TMPRSS 4 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in benign tissues. Lymphatic metastasis and TNM stage were significantly associated with tumor P0.01. TMPRSS4 was an independent factor affecting the overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate of gastric cancer. Conclusion the high expression of TMPRSS 4 is closely related to clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. TMPRSS4 may be a normal biomarker for gastric cancer. To some extent, the invasion and metastasis of tumor are predicted.
