【摘要】：子宮肌瘤是育齡女性最常見的良性腫瘤。隨著女性生育年齡的推遲,合并子宮肌瘤的妊娠患者逐漸增多。文獻資料顯示,妊娠期間子宮肌瘤大小的變化與孕期呈現非線性相關。產褥期間子宮肌瘤可明顯減小至孕前狀態(tài)。孕前子宮肌瘤的大小、BMI、產次、年齡在一定程度上能影響妊娠期間子宮肌瘤的大小變化,而哺乳及產后月經復潮時間對妊娠期間子宮肌瘤的大小變化無影響。雌激素、孕激素、β-h CG在妊娠期間子宮肌瘤的大小變化中均起到一定作用。
[Abstract]:Uterine leiomyoma is the most common benign tumor in women of childbearing age. With the delay of women's reproductive age, the number of pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma increases gradually. The change of uterine leiomyoma size during pregnancy is related to the nonlinearity of pregnancy. During puerperal period, uterine leiomyoma can be significantly reduced to pre-pregnancy state. Age can influence the size of uterine leiomyoma during pregnancy to some extent, but lactation and postpartum menstrual regurgitation have no effect on the size of uterine leiomyoma during pregnancy. Progesterone and 尾-hCG play a role in the changes of uterine leiomyoma size during pregnancy.
