【摘要】：目的了解扁桃體濾泡樹突細胞肉瘤的病史、癥狀、體征、診斷及治療。方法對1例單側(cè)扁桃體濾泡樹突狀細胞肉瘤患者進行研究,治療上予以單側(cè)扁桃體及新生物擴大切除術(shù),總結(jié)病史和臨床特點,明確其診斷和治療方法。結(jié)果患者術(shù)后繼續(xù)采取放化療治療,現(xiàn)無不適。結(jié)論扁桃體濾泡狀細胞肉瘤比較少見,主要診斷依據(jù)為其臨床特點及病理檢查,主要治療方法為手術(shù),術(shù)后結(jié)合放化療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the history, symptoms, signs, diagnosis and treatment of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma of tonsil. Results the patients continued to be treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation without discomfort. Conclusion tonsillar follicular cell sarcoma is rare. The main basis of diagnosis is its clinical characteristics and pathological examination. The main treatment was surgery, combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
