【摘要】：目的:探討婦科惡性腫瘤淋巴清掃術(shù)后淋巴漏的危險因素。方法:回顧性分析2014年1月至2016年6月我院婦科病房收治的婦科惡性腫瘤并行淋巴清掃術(shù)的356例患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果:356例患者,淋巴漏的發(fā)生率是9.83%;多因素Logistic回歸分析表明,BMI值、術(shù)前血紅蛋白水平、術(shù)中出血量、清掃淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目是術(shù)后淋巴漏發(fā)生獨立危險因素。結(jié)論:臨床上應(yīng)關(guān)注患者BMI、術(shù)前血紅蛋白水平、術(shù)中出血量、清掃淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目等指標(biāo),降低術(shù)后淋巴漏發(fā)生率,改善患者預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the risk factors of lymphatic leakage after lymphotomy for gynecological malignant tumors.
