【摘要】：目的:探討c-myc、k-ras基因在直腸癌遠端切緣表達與術(shù)后局部復(fù)發(fā)的相關(guān)性。方法:從我院2008年至2011年間行直腸癌前切除術(shù)(Dixon,TME),具有完整病例、病理資料,且術(shù)前未行放化療的患者中,收集47例術(shù)后局部復(fù)發(fā)的患者作為實驗組,隨機選取50例術(shù)后未復(fù)發(fā)的患者(隨訪2年未發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)發(fā))作為對照組,分別提取兩組患者石蠟標本中瘤組織、近端切緣組織、遠端切緣組織行免疫組化檢測。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者在年齡、性別、腫瘤大小、腫瘤分化程度、T分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移方面比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2.分別比較實驗組、對照組的瘤組織、近端切緣組織、遠端切緣組織c-myc、k-ras表達情況。1).實驗組、對照組的瘤組織、近端切緣組織、遠端切緣組織中的k-ras表達情況比較后均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);2).實驗組、對照組的瘤組織、近端切緣組織中c-myc表達情況比較后均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05);而兩組遠端切緣組織中c-myc表達情況比較,實驗組遠切緣的表達高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:c-myc在遠切緣中的過度表達與直腸癌術(shù)后局部復(fù)發(fā)存在某種相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between the expression of c-mycron-ras gene in distal incisal margin of rectal cancer and postoperative local recurrence. Methods: from 2008 to 2011, the patients underwent anterior resection of rectal cancer, with complete cases, pathological data, and no preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, were performed from 2008 to 2011. 47 patients with local recurrence after operation were selected as experimental group and 50 patients without recurrence (no recurrence after 2 years follow up) were randomly selected as control group. Tumor tissue and proximal incisal margin tissue were extracted from paraffin samples of two groups of patients. Results there were no significant differences in age, sex, tumor size, tumor differentiation, T stage and lymph node metastasis between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the expression of c-mycnc-ras in tumor tissues, proximal incisal margin tissues and distal incisal margin tissues in the control group, the control group, the control group, the proximal incisal margin and distal incisal margin tissues (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the expression of k-ras in the tumor tissue, the proximal incisal margin tissue and the distal incisal margin tissue. There was no significant difference in the expression of c-myc in the tumor tissues of the control group and in the proximal incisal margin, but the expression of c-myc in the distal incisal margin of the two groups was higher than that in the control group, and the expression of c-myc in the distal incisal margin of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion there is a correlation between the overexpression of c-myc in the distal margin and the local recurrence of rectal cancer.
