【摘要】：侵襲性真菌病在惡性血液病化療和造血干細胞移植患者中發(fā)病率及病死率很高。初級預防可有效減少侵襲性真菌病的發(fā)生,使患者對化療和造血干細胞移植的耐受性更佳,治療費用更低,預后更好。氟康唑、伊曲康唑、泊沙康唑、卡泊芬凈、米卡芬凈等抗真菌藥物已被多個指南推薦用于初級預防。侵襲性真菌病風險預估、新型藥物研發(fā)、藥代動力學研究、綜合預防措施的開展將使初級預防更加科學、合理、有效。本文就近年來惡性血液病患者侵襲性真菌病初級預防的進展作一綜述
[Abstract]:Invasive fungal disease stem cell transplant recipients with high morbidity and mortality in malignant hematologic disease. Chemotherapy and hematopoietic primary prevention can effectively reduce the incidence of invasive fungal disease, so that patients on chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are better tolerated, lower cost of treatment, the prognosis is better. Fluconazole, itraconazole, Bo Sha conazole, caspofungin, Mika Finn Jing and other antifungal drugs have been a guide recommended for primary prevention. Invasive fungal disease risk prediction, the research and development of new drugs, pharmacokinetics, comprehensive preventive measures will be carried out to make primary prevention more scientific, reasonable and effective.
