【摘要】：推拿手法是頸性眩暈常用的非手術治療方法之一,具有良好的抗眩暈效應,但是影響療效的關鍵因素——手法作用力(包括力的大小、時間、頻率)缺乏客觀的量化標準,抗眩暈效應的作用機制尚無統(tǒng)一說法。在總結前人研究的基礎上,分析目前研究存在的不足,提出推拿手法抗眩暈效應的量化及作用機制的解決途徑,探索推拿手法量化、規(guī)范化、標準化及中樞作用機制的問題。
[Abstract]:Massage manipulation is one of the commonly used non-surgical treatment methods for cervical vertigo, which has a good anti-dizziness effect, but the key factors affecting the curative effect-manual force (including force size, time, frequency) lack of objective quantitative criteria, and the mechanism of anti-vertigo effect is not unified. On the basis of summing up the previous studies, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current research, puts forward the quantification of the anti-vertigo effect of massage manipulation and the solution of its action mechanism, and explores the problems of quantification, standardization, standardization and central action mechanism of massage manipulation.
