【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療空洞型肺結(jié)核的療效。方法:將40例空洞型肺結(jié)核患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組21例用常規(guī)化療,治療組19例用常規(guī)化療的基礎(chǔ)上加服五味抗癆散,療程8個(gè)月。結(jié)果:治療2,5,8個(gè)月后,治療組痰菌陰轉(zhuǎn)率及空洞縮小閉合率與對(duì)照組相比差異均有顯著性意義。結(jié)論:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療空洞型肺結(jié)核療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cavity pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 40 patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 21 cases in the control group were treated with routine chemotherapy, 19 cases in the treatment group were treated with Wuwei Kangtai powder on the basis of routine chemotherapy, the course of treatment was 8 months. Results: there were significant differences in sputum negative conversion rate and cavity closing rate between the treatment group and the control group after 2 months and 8 months. Conclusion: the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cavity pulmonary tuberculosis is better.
