【摘要】："西病中治"指西醫(yī)疾病用中醫(yī)的思路方法進(jìn)行治療,繼而對(duì)中醫(yī)藥治療西醫(yī)疾病的療效及機(jī)理進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。中醫(yī)病名欠規(guī)范及傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)辨證論治體系的復(fù)雜性、多樣性,都是影響西病中治模式形成的因素。該模式與傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)治療模式相比,在論治思路、治療目標(biāo)、方藥應(yīng)用中均存在差異。"西病中治"以辨病論治為主,設(shè)立專(zhuān)病專(zhuān)方,在此基礎(chǔ)上辨證加減,但其研究體系還有待完善,完善"西病中治"模式對(duì)中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展具有推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:"treatment of western diseases" refers to the treatment of diseases in western medicine with the method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and then the effect and mechanism of TCM in treating diseases of western medicine are studied. The substandard name of TCM and the complexity and diversity of traditional TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system are the factors that influence the formation of treatment mode of western diseases. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment mode, there are differences in the thinking of treatment, the treatment goal and the application of traditional Chinese medicine. " The treatment of western diseases is based on the differentiation of diseases, and the establishment of special prescriptions for special diseases. On this basis, the research system is still to be improved, and the model of "treating diseases in the west" has a promoting effect on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
