【摘要】：研究目的:本研究以文獻資料為素材,全面系統(tǒng)地研究惲鐵樵中西醫(yī)匯通相關(guān)內(nèi)容,在深入研究惲氏中西醫(yī)匯通思想的基礎(chǔ)上,提出其中西醫(yī)匯通思想對當代中醫(yī)發(fā)展的啟示。研究方法:采用歷史研究法、文獻研究法進行相關(guān)研究。全面地研究惲鐵樵中西醫(yī)匯通思想的形成基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)地梳理惲氏的中西醫(yī)匯通思想。研究結(jié)果:惲鐵樵的中西醫(yī)匯通思想主要體現(xiàn)在以下五個方面:客觀地認識中西醫(yī)差別;以中醫(yī)學(xué)說為主體;改進中醫(yī)及方法;從臨床實踐上進行中西醫(yī)匯通;提出建立新中醫(yī)。他的中西醫(yī)匯通思想留給我們的啟示是要客觀認識中西醫(yī)匯通的困難;深刻研究中西醫(yī)的差異性;開展多學(xué)科研究;勇于創(chuàng)新。研究結(jié)論:惲鐵樵精通中醫(yī),在錯綜復(fù)雜的社會環(huán)境下,他的匯通思想逐漸形成,其目的是為了保存中醫(yī)。他能夠在客觀認識中西醫(yī)差別的基礎(chǔ)上進行中西醫(yī)匯通,提出改進中醫(yī)、創(chuàng)立新醫(yī)學(xué)等觀點。惲氏在理法方藥等方面進行了全方位的匯通研究。惲氏的觀點對當今中西醫(yī)結(jié)合的研究具有一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study Yun Tieqiao's relevant contents of Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in a comprehensive and systematic way, and put forward the enlightenment of his thoughts on the development of Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the in-depth study of Yun's thought of Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Methods: historical research method and literature research method were used. The formation foundation of Yun Tieqiao's thought of Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is studied comprehensively. Yun's thought of Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is systematically combed out. The results showed that Yun Tieqiao's thought of Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was mainly embodied in the following five aspects: objective understanding of the difference between traditional Chinese and western medicine; taking the theory of traditional Chinese medicine as the main body; improving Chinese medicine and methods; carrying out Huitong of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in clinical practice; Put forward the establishment of new Chinese medicine. The enlightenment of his thought of Huitong from traditional Chinese and Western medicine is to objectively understand the difficulties of Huitong; to deeply study the difference between traditional Chinese and western medicine; to carry out multidisciplinary research; to be bold in innovation. Research conclusion: Yun Tieqiao is proficient in traditional Chinese medicine. In the complicated social environment, his idea of exchange and communication is gradually formed in order to preserve traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of objective understanding of the difference between traditional Chinese and western medicine, he can carry out Huitong of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and put forward some viewpoints such as improving traditional Chinese medicine and establishing new medicine. Yun Shi carried out a comprehensive study of Huitong in the aspects of rational prescription and medicine. Yun's view has certain reference and guiding significance to the research of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
