【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療虹膜睫狀體炎的臨床療效。方法:在西藥常規(guī)治療的同時,采用清目顆粒(生地黃、金銀花、赤芍藥、板藍根、龍膽草、白蒺藜、甘草等)治療本病40例,并設西藥常規(guī)治療為對照組對比。結(jié)果:治療后在臨床癥狀(眼痛、視物模糊)、角膜后壁沉著物、前房閃輝各指標的的觀察中,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,并有顯著統(tǒng)計學差異。提示:中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療虹膜睫狀體炎能夠明顯改善癥狀,縮短療程,減少激素用量。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of iris ciliary body inflammation. Methods: in the routine treatment of Western medicine, 40 cases of this disease were treated with Qing Mu granule (Radix rehmannia, honeysuckle, Radix Paeoniae, Radix Isatidis root, gentian grass, Tribulus terrestris, Glycyrrhiza etc), and the routine treatment of Western medicine was compared with the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the observation of the corneal posterior wall sediment and the indexes of anterior chamber flash glow. It was suggested that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of iriria ciliary body can obviously improve the symptoms, shorten the course of treatment and reduce the dosage of hormone.
