【摘要】：胃腸道疾病發(fā)生的根本機(jī)制是胃黏膜防護(hù)因子與攻擊因子的失衡,若防護(hù)因子戰(zhàn)勝攻擊因子則不致發(fā)病,若攻擊因子戰(zhàn)勝防護(hù)因子則導(dǎo)致發(fā)病,胃內(nèi)攻擊和保護(hù)作用由多種因素介導(dǎo),這些相關(guān)因素相互作用形成復(fù)雜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的這種平衡失調(diào)的發(fā)病理論與中醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)病理論"正氣存內(nèi),邪不可干","邪正相爭(zhēng),百病之由"的觀點(diǎn)是相互吻合的,提示只有深入探討中醫(yī)藥對(duì)胃腸保護(hù)因子和攻擊因子的相關(guān)作用,才是提高臨床療效的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The basic mechanism of gastrointestinal diseases is the imbalance between the protective factors of gastric mucosa and the factors of attack. If the protective factors defeat the factors of attack, they will not come into being, and if the factors of attack overcome the factors of protection, they will cause the disease. Intragastric aggression and protection are mediated by a variety of factors that interact to form a complex network. The theory of this kind of imbalance in modern medicine is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that "good qi exists inside, evil can not be done", and that "evil is fighting for each other, and that is the cause of all diseases." It is suggested that it is the key to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM to probe into the related effects of TCM on gastrointestinal protective factors and aggressive factors.
