【摘要】：正2003年7月—2006年4月,我們在常規(guī)用依地酸二鈉鈣驅鉛治療的基礎上聯(lián)合應用復方中藥湯劑治療慢性鉛中毒患者60例,并與單純常規(guī)使用依地酸二鈉鈣驅鉛治療的61例進行比較,現(xiàn)報告如下。臨床資料依照GBZ37—2002《職業(yè)性慢性鉛中毒診斷標準及處理原則》進行綜合分析診斷。有密切鉛接觸史,均為慢性鉛中毒觀察對象或慢性輕度鉛中毒患者。排除:入院前已經在其他醫(yī)療機構作過驅鉛治療的慢性鉛中毒患者。121例患者按數(shù)字表法隨機分為兩組,治療組60例,男47例,女13例;年齡18～
[Abstract]:From July 2003 to April 2006, 60 patients with chronic lead poisoning were treated with compound traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of routine treatment of disodium iodium disodium calcium drive lead. The results were compared with those of 61 patients who were treated with calcium disodium etate alone. The present report is as follows. The clinical data were analyzed according to the diagnostic criteria and management principles of occupational chronic lead poisoning (GBZ37-2002). Have close lead exposure history, are chronic lead poisoning observation object or chronic mild lead poisoning patients. Exclusion: 121 patients with chronic lead poisoning who had been treated with lead drive in other medical institutions before admission were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 60), male 47, female (n = 13; age 18 ~)
