【摘要】：發(fā)展中的醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)具有兩個(gè)重要的特點(diǎn):創(chuàng)新性和可實(shí)踐性。在我國(guó)中醫(yī)和西醫(yī)兩種治療途徑并存的情況下,如何結(jié)合中醫(yī)和西醫(yī)各自的優(yōu)勢(shì),做到真正提高現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中疾病的防治效果,最能體現(xiàn)這兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)。創(chuàng)新,是指要解決兩者聯(lián)用中不可避免地要遇到的許多新問(wèn)題;可實(shí)踐,是指這種結(jié)合最終必須有助于解決臨床實(shí)踐中最需要解決的問(wèn)題。臨床試驗(yàn)是驗(yàn)證這些問(wèn)題是否得到解決的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。臨床試驗(yàn)進(jìn)入我國(guó)的時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng),但已經(jīng)逐漸為我國(guó)臨床醫(yī)師所認(rèn)識(shí)和接受,也受到中西醫(yī)結(jié)合臨床工作者的極大關(guān)注,近年來(lái)已有不少臨床試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果得到發(fā)表,有些研究也得到國(guó)際學(xué)界的認(rèn)可。本期發(fā)表的《關(guān)于中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心血管病臨床試驗(yàn)若干問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)》在回顧既往經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合心血管病臨床試驗(yàn)的目的、設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施和應(yīng)用等方面提出建議,不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)臨床試驗(yàn)的科學(xué)性要求,而且強(qiáng)調(diào)從臨床需求出發(fā)立題,從一開(kāi)始就考慮到試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的可實(shí)踐性。這是因?yàn)橹形麽t(yī)結(jié)合臨床試驗(yàn)不是簡(jiǎn)單的單一藥物療效考核,而是旨在探索已經(jīng)用于臨床的兩種治療途徑的最佳結(jié)合方式,或是確定最佳的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療方案。因此,本文不僅對(duì)心血管專(zhuān)業(yè),而且對(duì)其他專(zhuān)業(yè)的中西醫(yī)結(jié)合臨床試驗(yàn)也有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Developing medicine should have two important characteristics: innovation and practicability. In the case of the coexistence of two therapeutic approaches of Chinese medicine and western medicine, how to combine the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to truly improve the effect of disease prevention and treatment in the real world can best reflect these two characteristics. Innovation is to solve many new problems that will inevitably be encountered in the combination of the two, and practicability means that this combination must ultimately help to solve the problems that need to be solved most in clinical practice. Clinical trials are the gold standard for verifying that these problems are resolved. Clinical trials have not been in our country for a long time, but they have been gradually recognized and accepted by Chinese clinicians, and have been greatly concerned by the clinical workers of integrated Chinese and western medicine. In recent years, the results of many clinical trials have been published. Some studies have also been recognized by the international academic community. In this issue, "opinions on some problems in the Clinical trial of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Cardiovascular Diseases", on the basis of reviewing past experiences and lessons, the purpose of clinical trials of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cardiovascular diseases in China is designed. Some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of implementation and application, which not only emphasize the scientific requirements of clinical trials, but also emphasize the construction of problems from the point of view of clinical needs, and consider the practicability of the results from the beginning. This is because the clinical trial of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is not a simple evaluation of the efficacy of a single drug, but aimed at exploring the best combination of two therapeutic approaches that have already been used in clinical practice, or to determine the best combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Therefore, this article not only for cardiovascular specialty, but also for other professional integrated Chinese and western medicine clinical trials also have certain reference value.
