【摘要】：大腸癌手術(shù)后患者多出現(xiàn)以腹瀉、便秘、大便失禁等為主要表現(xiàn)的排便功能失調(diào),嚴重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)多關(guān)注低位直腸癌前切術(shù)后患者的相關(guān)癥狀,從"前切除綜合征"入手,對其發(fā)生機制方面進行研究。在治療上則多以對癥治療為主,部分患者能得到癥狀的緩解,然而仍有部分患者腸道功能恢復(fù)困難,癥狀反復(fù)或無法恢復(fù)至正常水平。中醫(yī)學(xué)則從辨證論治的角度審機辨證施治。不同醫(yī)家立法、辨治的觀點有同有異,各有特色,臨床均收獲不錯療效。文章針對近年來中西醫(yī)取得的研究進展和存在的不足進行探討。
[Abstract]:Diarrhea, constipation and fecal incontinence are the main symptoms of bowel dysfunction after colorectal cancer surgery, which seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Modern medicine pays more attention to the symptoms of patients with low rectal cancer after anterior resection. In the treatment, the main treatment is symptomatic treatment, some patients can get the relief of symptoms, however, some patients still have difficulty recovering intestinal function, the symptoms repeatedly or can not return to the normal level. Traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view of syndrome differentiation and treatment machine dialectical treatment. Different doctors legislate, the views of differentiation and treatment have similarities and differences, each has its own characteristics, the clinical results are good. This paper discusses the research progress and shortcomings of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
