【摘要】：目的:觀察中西醫(yī)結合治療小兒急性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效。方法:選擇急性腎小球腎炎患兒66例,中醫(yī)辨證均屬濕熱內侵型。隨機分為治療組36例與對照組30例。對照組給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,治療組在對照組治療基礎上予以清利濕熱、涼血活血中藥口服。30d為1個療程。結果:1個療程后治療組血尿消失例數(shù)顯著多于對照組,2個療程后2組血尿消失例數(shù)均有顯著性增加,但組間比較無顯著性差異;治療后治療組高血壓改善時間明顯短于對照組。結論:中西醫(yī)結合治療小兒急性腎小球腎炎,療效確切,可明顯縮短血尿與高血壓病程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on acute glomerulonephritis in children. Methods: 66 cases of acute glomerulonephritis were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 36) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with clearing away the lime-dampness and heat on the basis of the treatment in the control group, and the traditional Chinese medicine for cooling blood and activating blood was taken orally for 30 days. Results: after one course of treatment, the number of hematuria disappeared in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after two courses of treatment, and the improvement time of hypertension in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis in children is effective and can shorten the course of hematuria and hypertension.
