【摘要】：目的：觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療早期糖尿病足的臨床療效。 材料與方法：選取我院2010年2月至2012年1月收治的糖尿病足住院患者50例，隨機(jī)分成兩組，對(duì)照組26例，治療組24例，均予以控制血糖、血壓、血脂等常規(guī)糖尿病治療與護(hù)理。對(duì)照組予前列腺素E1（凱時(shí)，北京泰德制藥有限公司）10ug加入0.9%的氯化鈉注射液250ml中靜脈點(diǎn)滴，每日1次，療程2周；治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上予中藥熏洗治療，每日1次，療程2周。兩個(gè)療程后觀察兩組治療情況、臨床癥狀和體征的改善情況及治療前后踝/肱動(dòng)脈壓力比值（ABI）的改善情況。 結(jié)果： 1.治療兩個(gè)療程后，，治療組的總有效率95.8%，對(duì)照組的總有效率88.5%。治療組總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組，兩組組間比較差異有顯著意義（P0.05）。 2.兩組患者組內(nèi)治療前后各癥狀、體征比較具有顯著差異（P0.05）；治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 3.兩組患者組內(nèi)治療前后ABI比較有顯著差異（P0.05）；治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論：中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療早期糖尿病足療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on early diabetic foot. Materials and methods: from February 2010 to January 2012, 50 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 24). The control group was treated with prostaglandin E _ (1), 10 ug of 0.9% sodium chloride injection was added to Beijing Ted Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., once a day for 2 weeks, and the control group was treated with prostaglandin E _ (1). The treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine once a day for 2 weeks on the basis of treatment in the control group. Improvement of clinical symptoms and signs and improvement of malleolus / brachial artery pressure ratio before and after treatment. Results:. 1. After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8, and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.5.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.05). 2. There were significant differences in symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. 3. There was significant difference in ABI between the two groups before and after treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group.
