【摘要】： 目的:本文探討頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療腦梗死平衡功能障礙的療效,以期最大限度降低腦梗死后平衡功能障礙,為臨床治療提供新思路和客觀依據(jù)。 方法:將60例腦梗死患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例。對照組進行常規(guī)的平衡功能訓(xùn)練,治療組在常規(guī)平衡功能訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上配合頭穴叢刺治療。治療前后分別對兩組患者進行康復(fù)評定。評定內(nèi)容:(1)采用Berg平衡量表、sheikh軀干控制積分量表評定患者平衡功能;(2)采用Fugl-Meyer運動功能量表評定患者運動功能,采用Barthel指數(shù)評定量表評定患者日常生活活動能力。 結(jié)果:(1)治療組與對照組平衡功能、運動功能、日常生活活動能力在治療前后均有非常顯著性差異(P＜0.05)。(2)兩組患者治療后,治療組的平衡功能、運動功能、日常生活活動能力與對照組相比有非常顯著性差異(P＜0.05)。 結(jié)論:1頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)治療和單純的康復(fù)治療均能有效改善腦梗死患者的平衡功能,但前者優(yōu)于后者。2頭穴叢刺結(jié)合康復(fù)治療和單純的康復(fù)治療均能有效改善腦梗死患者運動功能、日常生活活動能力,但前者優(yōu)于后者。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral infarction balance dysfunction, in order to minimize the balance dysfunction after cerebral infarction, and provide a new idea and objective basis for clinical treatment.
Methods: 60 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional functional training, the treatment group based on routine balance training on acupuncture treatment. Before and after treatment, two groups of patients on the rehabilitation assessment evaluation content: (1). The Berg balance scale, Sheikh integral scale balance function of patients; (2) using the Fugl-Meyer locomotor rating scale in patients with motor function, use Barthel index rating scale of activities of daily living were evaluated.
Results: (1) the treatment group and control group the balance function, motor function, activities of daily life before and after the treatment, there were significant differences (P < 0.05). (2) the two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group balance function, motor function, activities of daily living ability compared with the control group was significant the difference (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: 1 head acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the balance function of patients with cerebral infarction, but the former is better than the latter.2 scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and simple rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction, activities of daily living ability, but the former is better than the latter.
