【摘要】：目的探討高溫對(duì)尾吊大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力的影響及蛋白質(zhì)代謝在耐力變化中的作用。方法46只雄性SD大鼠,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、尾吊組、高溫組和尾吊后高溫組。大鼠對(duì)照飼養(yǎng)或尾吊14d后,在正�；�38℃環(huán)境中進(jìn)行力竭性運(yùn)動(dòng)。測(cè)定大鼠的力竭時(shí)間、大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)后肛溫增值和力竭即刻血清睪酮、皮質(zhì)醇含量。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,其它3組力竭時(shí)間均顯著縮短,睪酮含量和睪酮/皮質(zhì)醇比值均顯著降低;尾吊組和高溫組皮質(zhì)醇含量均無顯著差異,尾吊后高溫組皮質(zhì)醇含量顯著升高。與尾吊組相比,尾吊后高溫組的力竭時(shí)間、睪酮含量和睪酮/皮質(zhì)醇比值顯著降低;肛溫增值和皮質(zhì)醇含量顯著升高。結(jié)論高溫環(huán)境可明顯降低尾吊大鼠的運(yùn)動(dòng)耐力,并可能與運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中體溫調(diào)節(jié)能力下降及蛋白質(zhì)合成代謝減弱,分解代謝加強(qiáng)有關(guān)。
