【摘要】：為了研究戰(zhàn)傷噴劑殺菌效果及其影響因素,采用懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了觀察。結(jié)果,季銨鹽活性物170mg/L噴劑分別作用5min,對金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌平均殺滅率為99.99%;用850mg/L該噴劑對白色念珠菌作用5min,平均殺滅率為99.99%。該噴劑在54℃放置14d,其殺菌效果無明顯降低。受有機(jī)物和作用溫度等因素對其殺菌效果影響不明顯。以該噴劑原液作皮膚噴霧消毒,對自然菌平均除菌率為89.13%。結(jié)論,該戰(zhàn)傷噴劑可有效殺滅細(xì)菌繁殖體和真菌,性能穩(wěn)定。
