【摘要】：目的分析多批亞丁灣護(hù)航官兵常見(jiàn)疾病構(gòu)成情況與發(fā)生規(guī)律,為優(yōu)化護(hù)航醫(yī)療資源配置、提高衛(wèi)勤保障效能提供參考。方法選擇2013年至2016年參加亞丁灣護(hù)航任務(wù)的4批次3 068名護(hù)航官兵,依據(jù)執(zhí)行任務(wù)先后順序分別標(biāo)記為批次A、B、C和D。綜合所有護(hù)航官兵的護(hù)航編隊(duì)艦艇醫(yī)務(wù)室門(mén)急診記錄、醫(yī)療情況周報(bào)與衛(wèi)生勤務(wù)總結(jié)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)發(fā)病人次、晝夜發(fā)病率、常見(jiàn)疾病構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 4批次護(hù)航官兵發(fā)病人次由護(hù)航初期向護(hù)航后期逐漸下降;批次C、D護(hù)航官兵晝夜發(fā)病率低于批次A、B(P0.05)。4批次護(hù)航官兵發(fā)病人次排名前6位的疾病依次為呼吸道感染、胃腸道炎癥、外傷、頸腰椎關(guān)節(jié)疾病、皮膚癬類(lèi)、牙周炎癥;各批次間前4類(lèi)疾病構(gòu)成比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4批次護(hù)航官兵失眠癥狀發(fā)病人次的構(gòu)成比相對(duì)穩(wěn)定(P0.05)。結(jié)論護(hù)航常態(tài)化下,護(hù)航官兵晝夜發(fā)病率較以往下降;在重點(diǎn)關(guān)注常見(jiàn)疾病的同時(shí),應(yīng)積極探索提高艦員睡眠質(zhì)量、減少失眠癥狀發(fā)生的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the common disease constitution and occurrence law of many batches of escort officers and soldiers in the Gulf of Aden, so as to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of escort medical resources and improving the efficiency of medical support. Methods four batches of 3 068 escort officers and soldiers were selected from 2013 to 2016 to participate in the escort mission in the Gulf of Aden. By synthesizing the outpatient and emergency records of all escort officers and soldiers, the weekly report of medical condition and the relevant data of health service, the incidence of the disease, the incidence rate of day and night, and the constitution of common diseases were analyzed. Results the incidence times of 4 batches of escort officers and soldiers decreased gradually from the initial stage of escort to the late stage of escort. The day and night incidence of the convoys was lower than that of batch AHB (P0.05). The diseases in the first 6 places were respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal inflammation, trauma, cervical and lumbar joint diseases, dermatophysiasis, etc. Periodontitis; The composition ratio of the first four kinds of diseases among the batches was significantly different (P0.05). 4 batches of escort officers and soldiers insomnia symptoms incidence ratio relatively stable (P0.05). Conclusion under the condition of normal convoys, the incidence rate of escort officers and soldiers during the day and night is lower than that in the past, while paying attention to the common diseases, we should actively explore the effective methods to improve the sleep quality and reduce the occurrence of insomnia.
