【摘要】：目的 :為全面提高官兵心理素質(zhì) ,為“打得贏”和“不變質(zhì)”提供精神動力和政治保證。方法 :采取抓典型、邊實踐邊總結(jié)的方法 ,探索開展心理衛(wèi)生服務的方式。結(jié)果 :經(jīng)過近二年多的實踐 ,總結(jié)出的主要做法 :( 1)建立服務網(wǎng)絡 ;( 2 )培養(yǎng)兩支隊伍 ;( 3)制定工作規(guī)范 ;( 4 )多種形式服務。提出的幾點思考 :一是必須深化認識 ,把搞好心理衛(wèi)生服務作為維護戰(zhàn)斗力來抓 ;二是必須建好兩支隊伍 ,提高骨干隊伍素質(zhì) ;三是必須著眼為政治合格、保證打得贏和實現(xiàn)保障有力三個服務。結(jié)論 :通過總結(jié)實踐經(jīng)驗 ,抓住思考的問題 ,堅持在部隊開展心理衛(wèi)生服務 ,對全面提高官兵心理素質(zhì) ,拓寬思想政治工作渠道 ,提高部隊戰(zhàn)斗力有著重要意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the psychological quality of officers and men, and to provide spiritual motivation and political guarantee for "winning the battle" and "not deteriorating". Methods: to explore the way of mental health service by adopting the method of grasping typical and practicing and summing up. Results: after more than two years of practice, the main methods were summarized as follows: (1) establishing service network; (2) training two teams; (3) establishing work standard; (4) providing various forms of service. Some thoughts are put forward: first, we must deepen our understanding and take mental health service as our combat strength, and second, we must build two teams and improve the quality of the backbone team. Third, we must focus on political qualification, to ensure that we can win and realize the three services. Conclusion: it is of great significance to improve the psychological quality of officers and men, broaden the channels of ideological and political work and improve the combat effectiveness of the army by summing up the practical experience, grasping the problems of thinking, and persisting in the development of mental health service in the army.
