【摘要】：目的探討軍醫(yī)大學(xué)軍事醫(yī)學(xué)綜合演練期間學(xué)員發(fā)生暈厥的病因及其影響因素。方法結(jié)合演練實(shí)際,對(duì)參加軍事醫(yī)學(xué)綜合演練中學(xué)員發(fā)生暈厥42例臨床資料情況進(jìn)行回顧性的調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果軍事醫(yī)學(xué)演練中血管功能障礙性暈厥占78.87%,女生發(fā)病率明顯高于男生(χ2=28.27,P0.01);代謝性暈厥占14.29%;演練第1～3天時(shí)暈厥發(fā)病率最高(69%)。結(jié)論對(duì)參加軍事醫(yī)學(xué)綜合演練的學(xué)員應(yīng)采取加強(qiáng)預(yù)防、及時(shí)救治、平時(shí)強(qiáng)化鍛煉、靈活管理等措施,防止和減少暈厥情況發(fā)生,以保障軍校學(xué)員的身體健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the etiology and influencing factors of syncope in cadets during comprehensive exercise of military medicine in military Medical University. Methods the clinical data of 42 cases of syncope in the comprehensive exercise of military medicine were analyzed retrospectively. Results the incidence of vascular dysfunction syncope was 78.87 in military medical training, the incidence of female was significantly higher than that of male (蠂 228.27, P0.01), the metabolic syncope was 14.29, and the incidence of syncope was the highest (69%) at the 1st day of exercise. Conclusion in order to prevent and reduce syncope, the cadets who take part in the comprehensive exercise of military medicine should take measures such as strengthening prevention, timely treatment, strengthening exercise and flexible management in order to ensure the students' health.
