【摘要】：目的:了解演習(xí)后官兵的心理健康狀況變化及其影響因素,為武警官兵演習(xí)后心理疏導(dǎo)提供依據(jù).方法:采用抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)等對(duì)某部參加完軍事演習(xí)任務(wù)的521名武警官兵進(jìn)行調(diào)查.結(jié)果:武警官兵演習(xí)后SDS自評(píng)量表評(píng)分≥50分的人數(shù)為258人,抑郁陽性率49.5%.在部隊(duì)感受壓力大、與家人關(guān)系差、飲食差、興趣愛好少、文化程度低、來自城市、有精神疾病家族史者,抑郁自評(píng)量表評(píng)分越高.SAS自評(píng)量表評(píng)分≥50分的人數(shù)為78人,焦慮陽性率15.0%.在部隊(duì)感受壓力大、性格內(nèi)向、覺得部隊(duì)問題生活差、不爭(zhēng)取立功受獎(jiǎng)?wù)?焦慮自評(píng)量表評(píng)分越高.結(jié)論:演習(xí)后武警官兵存在不同程度的抑郁和焦慮,應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行心理咨詢和疏導(dǎo),提高官兵心理健康水平.
