【摘要】：目的了解夏季野營(yíng)部隊(duì)官兵發(fā)生中暑的情況 ,為尋找有效防暑措施提供依據(jù)。方法衛(wèi)生人員跟隨部隊(duì)保障 ,實(shí)地考察。依據(jù)《中國(guó)人民解放軍健康教育教材》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行中暑的診斷和分度。結(jié)果本次野營(yíng) 890人共發(fā)生 2 4例中暑 ,發(fā)生率為 2 .7%。其中先兆中暑占 5 0 .0 % ,輕度中暑占 33.3% ,重度中暑占 16 .7%。相對(duì)濕度和風(fēng)速相同時(shí) ,爬山 (氣溫 39～ 4 1℃ )官兵的中暑發(fā)生率為 5 .4 % ,明顯高于走平路 (氣溫 35～ 37℃ )的 1.1%和野炊 (氣溫 38～ 4 0℃ )的 1.0 %(P 0 .0 1) ;軍齡≤ 1年官兵中暑發(fā)生率 5 .3% ,均明顯高于 1年～ 3年、≥ 3年者的 1.4 %和1.3% (P 0 .0 1) ;河北、山東籍官兵中暑發(fā)生率為 8.0 % ,明顯高于廣東、廣西籍的 1.4 % (P 0 .0 1)。結(jié)論夏季野營(yíng)部隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)有針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)預(yù)防中暑工作 ,保障官兵身體健康和部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of heat stroke in summer camping troops and to provide evidence for effective measures to prevent heat stroke. Methods Health workers followed the support of troops and investigated on the spot. The diagnosis and grading of heatstroke were carried out according to the criteria of PLA Health Education textbook. Results 24 cases of heatstroke occurred in 890 people, the incidence was 2.7%. Among them, foreboding heat stroke accounted for 50.0%, mild heat stroke accounted for 33.3%, severe heat stroke accounted for 16.7%. When the relative humidity and wind speed were the same, the incidence of heatstroke was 5.4% among the officers and soldiers (39 ~ 41 鈩，
