【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查軍隊(duì)離退休干部抑郁狀態(tài)的發(fā)生率及相關(guān)因素,提出相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施。方法:隨機(jī)選擇16所干休所中無(wú)智能障礙及言語(yǔ)障礙的離退休干部為調(diào)查對(duì)象,年齡58～93歲,調(diào)查在2004-05/06進(jìn)行。運(yùn)用老年抑郁量表(共30項(xiàng),總分30分,0～10分正常,11～20輕度抑郁狀態(tài),21～30中重度抑郁狀態(tài))進(jìn)行測(cè)試。同時(shí)自制問(wèn)卷對(duì)其相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查。從中得出抑郁狀態(tài)的發(fā)生率及抑郁的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果:發(fā)放問(wèn)卷467份,收回完整問(wèn)卷446份。①446人中有抑郁狀態(tài)的42人,抑郁狀態(tài)的發(fā)生率為9.4%。②相關(guān)因素:生活自理能力喪失、業(yè)余愛(ài)好少和睡眠差者較生活自理、業(yè)余愛(ài)好多、睡眠好者容易發(fā)生抑郁(5/5比37/404;12/17比30/404;18/34比24/388;P0.001),不與子女同住(23/139)、喪偶者(3/5),共患疾病多(18/118)、女性(5/19)也易發(fā)生抑郁(P0.05)。結(jié)論:軍隊(duì)離退休干部的抑郁狀態(tài)發(fā)生率中等,對(duì)具有不能自理、平時(shí)業(yè)余愛(ài)好少、不與子女同住、喪偶、女性、身患多種疾病等特征的老人要多加注意,多與他們交流、溝通,給予心理疏導(dǎo)。用老年抑郁量表進(jìn)行測(cè)試,盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)抑郁狀態(tài)的老人。如有必要,一些抗抑郁藥物可以減輕他們的精神癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the incidence and related factors of depressive state in retired military cadres and to put forward corresponding intervention measures. Methods: a total of 16 retired cadres, aged 5893 years, with no mental disorder or speech disorder, were randomly selected for investigation in 05 / 06 / 2004. The aged depression scale (30 items, total score 30, 0 ~ 10 normal, 1120 mild depression, 21 30 moderate and severe depression) was tested. At the same time, self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the related factors. The incidence of depression and the risk factors of depression were obtained. Results: 467 questionnaires were sent out, 42 out of 1446 complete questionnaires were collected. The incidence of depression was 9.4.2 related factors: loss of self-care ability, less hobbies and poor sleep than self-care, the incidence of depression was 9.42.The incidence of depression was 9.42.Results: the incidence of depression was 9.42.The incidence of depression was 9.42. People with many hobbies and good sleep were prone to depression (5 / 5 vs 37 / 404; 12 / 17 to 30 / 40 / 18 / 34: 24 / 38 / P0.001), not living with your children (23 / 139), widowhood (3 / 5), overall illness (18 / 118), and women (5 / 19) were also prone to depression (P0.05). Conclusion: the incidence of depression among retired military cadres is moderate. The elderly who are unable to take care of themselves, have less hobbies, do not live with their children, lose their spouse, women and suffer from various diseases should pay more attention to and communicate with them. Communicate, give psychological guidance. The aged depression scale was used to detect the depression status of the elderly as soon as possible. If necessary, some antidepressants can relieve their mental symptoms.
