日本遺棄在華化學(xué)武器處置作業(yè)現(xiàn)場醫(yī)學(xué)保障工作介紹

【摘要】：正第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束前,侵華日軍在中國領(lǐng)土上遺棄了大量的化學(xué)武器(簡稱日遺化武),這些化學(xué)武器 對我國人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成了極為嚴(yán)重的危害,至今已發(fā)生多起日遺化武傷人事件,直接受到傷害的人數(shù)達(dá) 2 000人之多,僅齊齊哈爾“8·4”中毒事件就造成43人受傷、1人死亡的慘痛悲劇;同時,日遺化武也對當(dāng)?shù)?的生態(tài)環(huán)境造成了嚴(yán)重破壞。為保證中國人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,避免類似事件的重演,中日兩國政府經(jīng)過多 次交涉后,自1999年7月簽署《中華人民共和國政府和日本國政府關(guān)于銷毀中國境內(nèi)日本遺棄化學(xué)武器的 備忘錄》起,中日雙方對日遺化武開始進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃地挖掘、回收和銷毀工作。筆者通過數(shù)十次日遺化武現(xiàn)場處 置醫(yī)學(xué)保障工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),就日遺化武處置作業(yè)現(xiàn)場的醫(yī)學(xué)保障工作簡要介紹如下。
[Abstract]:Just before the end of the second World War, the Japanese invaders abandoned a large number of chemical weapons (Japanese chemical weapons) on Chinese territory, which caused extremely serious harm to the lives and property of our people. Up to now, there have been many cases of chemical weapons maiming in Japan, and the number of people who were directly injured amounted to as many as 2,000. The "8 4" poisoning incident in Qiqihar alone caused 43 injuries and a tragic death; At the same time, the Japanese chemical weapons also caused serious damage to the local ecological environment. In order to ensure the safety of the lives and property of the Chinese people and avoid the recurrence of similar incidents, after many representations, the Chinese and Japanese governments, Since the signing of the Memorandum of understanding between the Government of the people's Republic of China and the Government of Japan on the destruction of Japanese abandoned Chemical weapons in China in July 1999, China and Japan have begun to excavate, recover and destroy chemical weapons from Japan in a planned manner. Based on the experience of medical support in the field of chemical weapons disposal, the author briefly introduces the medical support work in the field of chemical weapons disposal.
