【摘要】：目的為了貫徹《“十五”期間全軍愛(ài)國(guó)衛(wèi)生工作規(guī)劃》 ,進(jìn)一步提高部隊(duì)生活和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量 ,增強(qiáng)官兵的衛(wèi)生觀念和衛(wèi)生素養(yǎng) ,保障部隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力。方法通過(guò)近 2年的實(shí)踐 ,不斷研究探討 ,及時(shí)認(rèn)真總結(jié)基層部隊(duì)創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果通過(guò)開(kāi)展創(chuàng)建活動(dòng) ,有力地提高了基層部隊(duì)生活環(huán)境衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量 ,增強(qiáng)了官兵的文明衛(wèi)生素養(yǎng) ,控制了部隊(duì)的發(fā)病率 ,并總結(jié)出 4點(diǎn)做法和體會(huì) :(1)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視 ,部門(mén)協(xié)同 ,形成創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”的合力 ;(2 )強(qiáng)化教育 ,提高認(rèn)識(shí) ,打牢創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”的基礎(chǔ) ;(3)科學(xué)籌劃 ,綜合整治 ,深化創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”的活動(dòng) ;(4 )科學(xué)指導(dǎo) ,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督 ,推動(dòng)創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”的健康發(fā)展。結(jié)論結(jié)合本單位的實(shí)際和特點(diǎn) ,大力開(kāi)展創(chuàng)建“文明衛(wèi)生軍營(yíng)”活動(dòng) ,有利于提高官兵的健康水平、自我保健意識(shí)和軍事衛(wèi)生防護(hù)能力 ,有利于促進(jìn)部隊(duì)整體建設(shè)水平的提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to carry out the patriotic health work plan of the whole army during the 10th Five-Year Plan, to further improve the quality of life and environmental hygiene in the army, to enhance the health concept and quality of officers and men, and to ensure the combat effectiveness of the troops. Methods through the practice of nearly 2 years, the basic experience of establishing "civilized health barracks" was summed up in a timely and earnest way. Results through the establishment activities, the quality of living environment and sanitation of the grass-roots troops was improved, the civilized and hygienic literacy of officers and soldiers was strengthened, the incidence of the army was controlled, and four measures and experiences were summed up: (1) the leaders attached importance to it. (2) strengthening education, raising awareness and laying a solid foundation for the establishment of "civilized health barracks"; (3) scientific planning and comprehensive rectification; (2) strengthening education, raising awareness and laying a solid foundation for the establishment of "civilized health barracks"; (3) scientific planning and comprehensive rectification; (4) scientific guidance, strengthening supervision, and promoting the healthy development of the establishment of "civilized health barracks". Conclusion according to the actual situation and characteristics of our unit, the activity of establishing "civilized health barracks" is helpful to improve the health level of officers and soldiers, self-care consciousness and military health protection ability. It will help to improve the overall level of army construction.
